Our People

Here’s some of the team behind over 300,000 installs across New Zealand.

Meet our local business owners

The Continuous Group of companies has grown from strength to strength... growing nationally but staying passionately connected to our local communities. It's our down-to-earth, hands-on approach that sets us apart and from this we have built a reputation for getting stuck in and getting the job done right. After decades in the industry, our people continue to "go the extra mile" with practicality, reliability and honesty.

By 2009 their team strength and passion for the industry saw them in a position to buy out Colin and today Northland Continuous Spouting have tripled their market share and are the trusted rainwater specialists in both the domestic and Group Housing market.

Continuous Taranaki

Geoff & Julia Milligan - Owners

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Geoff and Julia looked to move to New Zealand in 2001 with their very young family when they realised the political situation there was becoming untenable.  When Richard Mabin offered Geoff the opportunity to contract to Continuous Spouting in Auckland, he gratefully grabbed it and so began their journey with a company that supports and invests in their people. With a background in sales and heavy farm machinery, Geoff enjoyed the people contact and challenge of learning new skills installing spouting and downpipes. Once the children started school, Julia joined the Continuous team in the office, working for 10 years mostly in marketing and administration, utilising her skills from a sales and customer service background in Zimbabwe. Over the years they have embraced life in New Zealand, particularly enjoying camping and the outdoors and have loved watching their two girls grow and flourish.  With their inevitable flying the nest, they have now seized the opportunity to grow the Continuous brand into the Manawatu and Taranaki and look forward to combining their complimentary skills and customer focus to serve the building and homeowner community.

After moving around much of the North Island during his childhood, Mike's family finally settled in Gisborne in 1989 where sunshine, cricket and rugby soon became the norm for him. After school Mike took to the building industry until a random chance to do continuous spouting as a contractor with Dugald Hamilton arose. Ten years and thousands of metres later, 2012 brought new opportunity to step up and buy the business with a view to continuing the growth. Mike takes great pride in now being the preferred Group Building supplier for the region and having more than a fair share of the local market. He and his lovely partner Nicole, along with their young children, enjoy the lifestyle of the East Coast and look forward to many more years of success in the place they love to call home.
