Who you are buying from

The seller is Continuous Group Ltd, NZBN 9429034817001, GST number 090-925-148. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Continuous Group Ltd, and "you" means the person placing the order.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to Flowmate downpipe leaf guards bought through our website. They do not apply to spouting, fascia or downpipe installation work, which is measured, quoted and carried out under a separate agreement with your local Continuous Group team.

Prices and GST

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST at 15%. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and your order confirmation shows the GST component separately.

The price per unit falls as the quantity rises. The product page shows the price at every quantity before you order.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

Your order, and when we accept it

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A sale is made when we accept your order, which is when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline the order or cancel it and refund you in full.

We would only do that for a real reason, such as an obvious pricing error, stock we cannot supply, or an order we have grounds to think is fraudulent.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when you order. We accept the cards and payment methods shown at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and are never stored on our website.

Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in New Zealand, including rural addresses, whatever the quantity. We deliver to New Zealand addresses only.

We dispatch within 5 working days of your order, from our warehouse in the Waikato. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier. If your order has not arrived when you expected it, contact us and we will chase it.

Risk and ownership

The goods become yours, and the risk in them passes to you, on delivery to the address you gave us. If something is damaged in transit, our returns policy covers it.

Fit and suitability

Flowmate fits most regular New Zealand downpipe sizes ranging from 65mm to 100mm, in both round and rectangular shapes, and needs at least 65mm of clearance to install. Please check that it suits your downpipes before you order. We are happy to confirm it over the phone on 0800 501 993.

Flowmate is designed to work with a spouting system that is properly installed and correctly pitched. It is not a fix for spouting that is failing, and we will tell you honestly if that is what we think you are dealing with.

Installation is a drop-in fit with no tools. Working at height carries its own risks, and how you get to your gutters safely is your responsibility.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives you guarantees that nothing in these terms reduces or excludes. Where anything here conflicts with that Act, the Act applies.

Your information

We collect your name, contact details and delivery address to fulfil your order, and we handle them under the Privacy Act 2020 and our privacy policy. We do not sell your information. Our payment provider processes your payment details under its own terms.

If something goes wrong between us

Talk to us first on 0800 501 993 and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts and the Disputes Tribunal have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and each version is dated.
